一種叫「理所當然」的習慣


上了一天班，回到家裡，丈夫只會粗聲粗氣的說：「飯煮好了沒？我餓死了。」對妻子的忙碌辛苦視而不見。

有一天，丈夫帶著未婚獨居的同事回家，同事一進門，老婆接過兩人的公事包和外套， 丈夫還是老話：「飯煮好了沒？」同事卻說：「大嫂，對不起，麻煩你了。」 看到一桌熱騰騰的飯菜，同事感動的差點掉下淚來：「一回家就有熱飯熱菜可吃的感覺 真好！哪像我？每天回家都只有冰冷的牆壁迎接我。」 然後埋頭拼命吃菜，彷彿一輩子都沒吃過飯似地對老婆的手藝讚不絕口，一盤簡單的炒青菜都被他說得像什麼山珍海味的。老婆眉開眼笑，不斷的夾菜給同事, 還說：「請用。」老公反而被冷落一邊。

吃完飯，老公照例拍拍屁股，想移到客廳沙發看電視、聊聊天，正想開口叫老婆倒茶；那個不識好歹的同事，竟然幫忙收拾碗筷，還不忘跟老婆道謝：「大嫂，謝謝你費心做這麼豐盛的晚餐請我。這些碗盤我來洗就好。」老婆當然不會讓客人洗碗。

Every company faces the problem of people leaving the company for better pay or profile.

Early this year, Mark, a senior software designer, got an offer from a prestigious international firm to work in its India operations developing specialized software. He was thrilled by the offer.

He had heard a lot about the CEO. The salary was great. The company had all the right systems in place employee-friendly human resources (HR) policies, a spanking new office,and the very best technology,even a canteen that served superb food.

Twice Mark was sent abroad for training. "My learning curve is the sharpest it's ever been," he said soon after he joined.

Last week, less than eight months after he joined, Mark walked out of the job.

7天3公斤 1周蔬菜瘦身汤　　

　　千万别告诉我你是个烹饪大白痴(或是大懒虫)。我们非常了解你的需求，这道7日瘦身蔬菜汤，根本就不须要任何烹饪技巧，营养师已把营养量全面顾及，名厨又把美味给加了进去，你还不动口，更待何时？

　　星期一：香菇高丽菜汤

　　早餐：1.全麦花生土司四片、花生酱1茶匙2.黄瓜、番茄三色沙拉大黄瓜片、小黄瓜片、蕃茄各50克3.稀释柳橙汁柳橙2个

　　午餐：1.胚芽米饭半碗2.菠菜牛肉:菠菜80克、牛肉40克、油1茶匙3.香菇豆腐：香菇10克、豆腐1／2块、酱油、醋少量4.萝卜清汤：白萝卜60克

　　晚餐：香菇高丽菜汤

　　烹调方式：洋葱50克、高丽菜100克、香菇100克切丝、荷兰芹100克切块状或条状，加4～5碗水煮，添加适当调味料。

　　营养成份说明：新鲜黄瓜含水量是蔬菜中最高的，可当水果生食，生津止渴，又无热量的负担。含丰富钾质，利尿又降压，是肥胖者的减肥圣品。香菇富含蛋白质、碳水化合物的粗纤维及钙、铁，可促进钙的吸收。

“月經不調”是一個統稱，指月經提前、延後、不定期、經血過多、過少等。月經不調不僅影響子宮的健康，製造不孕的危機，也會影響乳房的健康，提高乳癌的可能。中醫師表示，要減低患上乳癌機率的前提是維持月經正常，而這要經過每月“溫宮、清宮和補宮”的努力，缺一不可。

中醫師符秀蘭說，目前患上乳癌的人數節節上升，深究其因，發現她們當中部份有“月經不調”的問題。若女性平時做足預防工作，即可減少被乳癌盯上的可能。

她表示，通常健康的月經不會讓人感到胸口煩悶、乳房有脹脹的感覺或腹部脹風，有這些問題表示患者須對症下藥。

“月經前感到胸口煩悶和乳房有脹脹的感覺，原因是體內的酸性高及荷爾蒙的異變大。另一個原因可能是經血排不乾淨所致。”

A friend who is a computer expert received the following directly from a system administrator for a corporate system. It is an excellent message that ABSOLUTELY applies to ALL of us who send e-mails. Please read the short letter below, even if you're sure you already follow proper procedures..

Do you really know how to forward e-mails? 50% of us do; 50% DO NOT.

Do you wonder why you get viruses or junk mail? Do you hate it?

Every time you forward an e-mail there is information left over from the people who got the message before you, namely their e-mail addresses & names.  As the messages get forwarded along, the list of addresses builds, and builds, and builds, and all it takes is for some poor sap to get a virus, and his or her computer can send that virus to every e-mail address that has come across his computer. Or, someone can take all of those addresses and sell them or send junk mail to them in the hopes that you will go to the site and he will make five cents for each hit. That's right, all of that inconvenience over a nickel!

How do you stop it? Well, there are several easy steps:

(1) When you forward an e-mail, DELETE all of the other addresses that appear in the body of the message (at the top ). That's right, DELETE them. Highlight them and delete them, backspace them, cut them, whatever it is you know how to do. It only takes a second You MUST click the "Forward" button first and then you will have full editing capabilities against the body and headers of the message. If you don't click on "Forward" first, you won't be able to edit the message at all.

(2) Whenever you send an e-mail to more than one person, do NOT use the To: or Cc: fields for adding e-mail addresses. Always use the BCC : (blind carbon copy) field for listing the e-mail addresses. This is the way the people you send to will only see their own e-mail address. If you don't see your BCC: option click on where it says To: and your address list will appear. Highlight the address and choose BCC: and that's it, it's that easy. When you send to BCC: your message will automatically say "Undisclosed Recipients" in the "TO:" field of the people who receive it.

(3) Remove any "FW :" in the subject line . You can re-name the subject if you wish or even fix spelling.

(4) ALWAYS hit your Forward button from the actual e-mail you are reading. Ever get those e-mails that you have to open 10 pages to read the one page with the information on it? By Forwarding from the actual page you wish someone to view, you stop them from having to open many e-mails just to see what you sent.

(5) Have you ever gotten an email that is a petition? It states a position and asks you to add your name and address and to forward it to 10 or 15 people or your entire address book. The email can be forwarded on and on and can collect thousands of names and email addresses. A FACT: The completed petition is actually worth a couple of bucks to a professional spammer because of the wealth of valid names and email addresses contained therein. If you want to support the petition, send it as your own personal letter to the intended recipient. Your position may carry more weight as a personal letter than a laundry list of names and email address on a petition. (Actually, if you think about it, who's supposed to send the petition in to whatever cause it supports? And don 't believe the ones that say that the email is being traced, it just aint so!)

(6) One of the main ones I hate is the ones that say that something like, "Send this email to 10 people and you'll see something great run across your screen." Or, sometimes they'll just tease you by saying something really cute will happen IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN!!!!! (Trust me, I'm still seeing some of the same ones that I waited on 10 years ago!) I don't let the bad luck ones scare me either, they get trashed. (Could be why I haven't won the lottery??)

(7) Before you forward an Amber Alert, or a Virus Alert, or some of the other ones floating around nowadays, check them out before you forward d them. Most of them are junk mail that's been circling the net for YEARS! Just about everything you receive in an email that is in question can be checked out at Snopes. Just go to http://www.snopes. com/

Its really easy to find out if it's real or not. If it's not, please don't pass it on.

So please, in the future, let's stop the junk mail and the viruses.

Finally, here's an idea!!! Let's send this to everyone we know (but strip my address off first, please). This is something that SHOULD be forwarded.

我的家在一个偏僻的山村,父母都是面朝黄土背朝天的农民。我有一个小我三岁的弟弟。有一次我为了买女孩子们都有的花手绢,偷偷拿了父亲抽屉里5毛钱。父亲当天就发现钱少了,就让我们跪在墙边,拿着一根竹竿,让我们承认到底是谁偷的。我被当时的情景吓傻了,低着头不敢说话。父亲见我们都不承认,说那两个一起挨打。说完就扬起手里的竹竿,忽然弟弟抓住父亲的手大声说,爸,是我偷的,不是姐干的,你打我吧！父亲手里的竹竿无情地落在弟弟的背上、肩上,父亲气得喘不过气来,打完了坐在炕上骂道：“你现在就知道偷家里的,将来长大了还了得?我打死你这个不争气的。”

当天晚上,我和母亲搂着满身是伤痕的弟弟,弟弟一滴眼泪都没掉。半夜里,我突然号啕大哭,弟弟用小手捂住我的嘴说,姐,你别哭,反正我也挨完打了。
我一直在恨自己当时没有勇气承认,事过多年,弟弟为了我挡竹竿的样子我仍然记忆犹新。那一年,弟弟8岁,我11岁。

弟弟中学毕业那年,考上了县里的重点高中。同时我也接到了省城大学的录取通知书。那天晚上,父亲蹲在院子里一袋一袋地抽着旱烟,嘴里还叨咕着,俩娃都这么争气,真争气。母亲偷偷地抹着眼泪说争气有啥用啊,拿啥供啊?弟弟走到父亲面前说,爸,我不想念了,反正也念够了。父亲一巴掌打在弟弟的脸上，说,你咋就这么没出息?我就是砸锅卖铁也要把你们姐俩供出来。说完转身出去挨家借钱。我抚摸着弟弟红肿的脸说,你得念下去,男娃不念书就一辈子走不出这穷山沟了。弟弟看着我,点点头。当时我已经决定放弃上学的机会了。

没想到第二天天还没亮，弟弟就偷偷带着几件破衣服和几个干巴馒头走了,在我枕边留下一个纸条：姐,你别愁了,考上大学不容易,我出去打工供你。弟。 我握着那张字条,趴在炕上,失声痛哭。那一年,弟弟17岁,我20岁。
　　
我用父亲满村子借的钱和弟弟在工地里搬水泥挣的钱终于读到了大三。一天我正在寝室里看书,同学跑进来喊我,梅子,有个老乡在找你。怎么会有老乡找我呢？我走出去,远远地看见弟弟,穿着满身是水泥和沙子的工作服等我。我说，你咋和我同学说你是我老乡啊?
　　
他笑着说,你看我穿的这样,说是你弟,你同学还不笑话你？ 我鼻子一酸,眼泪就落了下来。我给弟弟拍打身上的尘土,哽咽着说你本来就是我弟,这辈子不管穿成啥样,我都不怕别人笑话。 他从兜里小心翼翼地掏出一个用手绢包着的蝴蝶发夹,在我头上比量着,说我看城里的姑娘都戴这个,就给你也买一个。我再也没有忍住，在大街上就抱着弟弟哭起来。那一年,弟弟20岁,我23岁。

我第一次领男朋友回家,看到家里掉了多少年的玻璃安上了,屋子里也收拾得一尘不染。男朋友走了以后我向母亲撒娇,我说妈：咋把家收拾得这么干净啊？母亲老了,笑起来脸上像一朵菊花,说这是你弟提早回来收拾的,你看他手上的口子没？是安玻璃时划的。 我进弟弟的小屋里，看到弟弟日渐消瘦的脸,心里很难过。他还是笑着说,你第一次带朋友回家,还是城里的大学生,不能让人家笑话咱家。 我给他的伤口上药,问他，疼不? 他说,不疼。我在工地上，石头把脚砸得肿得穿不了鞋,还干活儿呢……说到一半就把嘴闭上不说了。 我把脸转过去,哭了出来。那一年,弟弟23岁,我26岁。

我结婚以后,住在城里,几次和丈夫要把父母接来一起住,他们都不肯,说离开那村子就不知道干啥了。弟弟也不同意,说姐,你就全心照顾姐夫的爸妈吧,咱爸妈有我呢。 丈夫升上厂里的厂长,我和他商量把弟弟调上来管理修理部,没想到弟弟不肯,执意做了一个修理工。
　　
一次弟弟登梯子修理电线,让电击了住进医院。我和丈夫去看他。我抚着他打着石膏的腿埋怨他,早让你当干部你不干,现在,摔成这样,要是不当工人能让你去干那活儿吗? 他一脸严肃地说,你咋不为我姐夫着想着想呢?他刚上来,我又没文化,直接就当官,给他造成啥影响啊? 丈夫感动得热泪盈眶,我也哭着说,弟啊,你没文化都是姐给你耽误了。他拉过我的手说,都过去了,还提它干啥? 那一年,弟弟26岁,我29岁。
　　

弟弟30岁那年,才和一个本分的农村姑娘结了婚。在婚礼上,主持人问他,你最敬爱的人是谁,他想都没想就回答,我姐。

弟弟讲起了一个我都记不得的故事:我刚上小学的时候,学校在邻村,每天我和我姐都得走上一个小时才到家。有一天,我的手套丢了一只,我姐就把她的给我一只,她自己就戴一只手套走了那么远的路。回家以后,我姐的那只手冻得都拿不起筷子了。从那时候，我就发誓我这辈子一定要对我姐好。台下一片掌声,宾客们都把目光转向我。

我说，我这一辈子最感谢的人是我弟。在我最应该高兴的时刻,我却止不住泪流满面。 祝福他们吧

今天與同事談起端午節，才發覺有許多人不知道或忘了它的來由。

下面的故事是去年我在某個網站抄下，發給去年的同事。

今年的我，已轉去別閒公司了，同樣的日子，同樣的話題，同樣的忘記，不一樣的同事，一樣地發給同事們和你們，讓大家可以一起溫故知新！

端午節的傳說

 

端午節的傳說  據 《 史 記 》 「 屈 原 賈 生 列 傳 」 記 載 ， 屈 原 是 楚 懷 王 時 的 大 臣 ， 「 博 聞 彊 志 ， 明 於 治 亂 ， 嫻 於 辭 令 。 入 則 與 王 圖 議 國 事 ， 以 出 號 令 ； 出 則 接 遇 賓 客 ， 應 對 諸 候 ， 王 甚 任 之 」 。 因 為 他 受 到 楚 懷 王 的 重 用 ， 引 起 上 官 大 夫 及 及 令 尹 子 蘭 的 嫉 妒 ， 就 在 楚 懷 王 及 繼 位 的 頃 襄 王 之 前 譭 謗 屈 原 。 楚 王 汏 而 逐 漸 疏 遠 屈 原 ， 連 帶 的 也 不 採 納 他 的 諫 言 ， 最 後 甚 至 將 屈 原 放 逐 。 屈 原 滿 懷 悲 憤 ， 落 拓 江 湖 ， 在 寫 下 了 絕 筆 作 〈 懷 沙 〉 後 ， 懷 石 投 汨 羅 江 自 盡 。

屈 原 死 後 數 十 年 ， 楚 國 終 因 讒 臣 誤 國 而 為 秦 所 滅 。 但 是 屈 原 這 位 忠 而 見 疑 的 悲 劇 英 雄 還 活 在 楚 國 姓 的 心 中 。 下 面 這 個 故 事 可 以 用 來 說 明 楚 人 愛 戴 屈 原 的 心 情 。

據 說 屈 原 投 江 後 ， 楚 國 的 百 姓 哀 痛 異 常 ， 紛 紛 湧 到 汨 羅 江 邊 去 憑 吊 屈 原 。 漁 夫 們 起 船 隻 ， 在 江 上 來 回 打 撈 他 的 屍 身 。 有 位 漁 夫 還 拿 出 事 先 準 備 的 粽 子 、 雞 蛋 等 食 物 ， 撲 通 的 往 江
